Description:

Attacks of paroxysmal hemicrania occurring in periods lasting 7 days to 1 year separated by pain-free periods lasting ≥1 month.

Diagnostic criteria:

  1. Attacks fulfilling criteria A-F for 3.2 Paroxysmal hemicrania
  2. At least two attack periods lasting 7-365 days and separated by pain-free remission periods of ≥1 month
